Congratulations Northfield Triathletes!

Two local triathletes won age-group awards and another finished 5th in the overall competion at the Minnesota State Triathlon Championships in July.

Brooke Larsen finished 5th in the open women's long-course championships.  FIT to be TRI'd founder Tom Bisel was the 35-39-year-old age-group state champion, while Andy Clark finished 3rd in the 45-49-year-old age-group.

In all, 15 Northfield-area multisporters (most of them pictured below) completed in the event.

 TRINONA is in the books and what a success. 

FIT to be TRI'd is proud to be apart of such a great event.  It began at the check-in and continued all the way to the giveaways.  The crew at Trinona is top notch and expect the stock to rise for this event in the future.  You can find the results of the FIT to be TRI'd team's action here.

We will be having a informational meeting Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. for those who are interested in becoming a part of the FIT to be TRI’d team.  As Race season fast approaches remember what it’s like to participate alongside someone who shares your joy for doing what you do.  Wouldn’t it be even better to do it with someone you know and have trained with.
